When you submit a Request for Quote, you may provide your name, company, work email, phone number, project description and engineering files. This information is used only to review your enquiry, assess manufacturability and respond to you.

Engineering files

Drawings and CAD files you share are treated as confidential commercial information and are used solely for quotation and manufacturing discussions. They are not published or shared with unrelated third parties.

Retention & contact

Enquiry records are retained only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting work. To ask about information you have submitted, contact us through the RFQ email address.
